<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the thickness of a layer or particularly extremely thin layer in the widthwise direction uniform even if the resin flows of the respective layers have large difference in the case of molding a plural layer sheet or a plural layer film in a molding die unit. SOLUTION: Molten resins supplied to a plurality of manifolds 12, 14, 16 are combined to a comibining unit 18 via channels 20, 22, 24, superposed in a plural layer state in the unit 18, extruded onto a cooling drum 36 from a slit 30 to mold a plural layer sheet 28. In this case, when the resin flow rate for forming a skin layer is 1/25 or less of the resin flow rate total sum for forming core layers, the melting viscosity of the resin of the skin layer is regulated so as to be the melting viscosity ratio of 1.5 to 3 times as large as that of the resin of the adjacent core layer.</p> |
