The reinforcement netting material is composed of warps (2) and wefts (3) in separate layers. The material is in a spread width (1), where the wefts cross the warps at an angle ( alpha ) different from 90 deg . Also claimed is a mfg. process where one layer or the warps (2) are spread out (1) to be covered by the wefts (3) at an intersection angle different from 90 deg , to give their intersections. An appts. is also claimed which lays out at least one layer or the warps (2) spread out (1), and to lay at least one layer of wefts (3). It has a carrier for the weft bobbins, and a guide to lay the wefts. A mechanism bonds the warps and wefts at their intersections.
