PURPOSE:To cast a shock absorbing material into a shoe sole to mold the same along with the shoe sole by an injection molding method. CONSTITUTION:An outsole 10 and the lower lid 121 of a capsule are subjected to injection molding and the upper lid 122 of the capsule 122 is also subjected to injection molding. The lower lid 121 and upper lid 122 of the capsule are superposed one upon another and a seal part 124 is injected into the outer peripheral part of the superposed part to assemble the capsule 12. A liquid or gel like shock absorbing material 123 is injected into the hollow part 120 of the capsule. Next, a middle sole is formed around the capsule 12 by injection molding and a shoe sole 1 and an upper leather 5 are bonded through the middle sole 13. |
