PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect defective charging effectively by discriminating whether. or not a state of a charging current to a battery driven telephone set is excellent and discriminating whether or not a state of mounting the battery driven telephone set onto a charger is excellent. SOLUTION: When a slave set A is properly mounted onto a charger B, a hook switch 4b provided to a slave set mount detection circuit 4a is closed. Then one discrimination input is given to a discrimination circuit 6. The discrimination circuit 6 detects the input to discriminate it that the slave set A is properly mounted onto the charger B. When the slave set A is properly mounted onto the charger B and the charging current is normal, a charging lamp 2 is lighted. The charging lamp 2 keeps lighting after the succeeding charging. When the slave set A is moved from the charger B due to any cause and the mount state is improper, the charging lamp 2 is not lighted and a notice circuit 7 makes a notice to report it to the user. |
