POLYURETHANE-UREA MOLDING PRODUCT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-modulus and high-strength and elongation segmented polyurethane-urea molding product (hereinafter referred to as an SPU molding product) and provide a method for producing the SPU molding product by polymerization reactional molding. SOLUTION: This high-modulus and high-strength and elongation SPU molding product comprises (1) a segment containing a reactional product of a di- or a polyfunctional isocyanate compound with a polyol having 800-6000 number- average molecular weight as a component and (2) a segment containing a reactional product of an isocyanate compound with a diamine compound as a component and has 15-50mmol/kg branching density. The purity of the segment (2) is >=80mol%. Furthermore, the molding product has a morphological structure in which islandlike domains having a relatively high elastic modulus are distributed at 10-80% ratio based on 9 (μm)<2> in the whole area when measuring an optional surface or cross section of the molding product with a cantilever (having 125μm length, 7-8kHz frequency and 0.2-1nm horizontal resolution) made of a single crystal silicon having 0.1-1N/m spring constant in a viscoelastic mode under a scanning type probe microscope.
