摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make intake air flow to an auxiliary port side smoothly without blocking by a bulk head formed between ports by positioning the rotary shaft of a main valve on the same position as the upstream end part of the bulk head formed between a main port in which the main valve is arranged and an auxiliary port in which an auxiliary valve is arranged, or on an upstream side from that. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 16 of a main valve 14 is positioned on the same position as the upstream end part 19 of a bulk head 18 or on the upstream side more than that, and thereby, intake air flows into the main port 11 when the main valve 14 is closed fully, it is led to an auxiliary port 12 side by the main valve 14, and then it flows into an auxiliary port 12 smoothly. In this case, the main valve 14 is functioned as a baffle plate. It is thus possible to reduce flow resistance, and improve a transient intake characteristic of the auxiliary valve 15.</p>
