PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the moisture permeability and the waterproofness to be simultaneously highly compatible by laminating a substantially non-porous film made of thermoplastic resin and nonwoven fabric, and setting the laminate to specific moisture permeability and specific water resistance. SOLUTION: Polyester composition containing polyethylene terephthalate as a main body is particularly desired as thermoplastic resin to be used. Polyester long fiber containing polyethylene terephthalate as a main body is particularly desired as nonwoven fabric. The thermoplastic resin is formed in a film by a melting extrusion method, the film is thermally adhered to the fabric, and then at least uniaxially oriented. The moisture permeability of the laminate is set to 1000g/(m<2> .day) or more, and the water resistance is set to 500mm or more. Thus, the high moisture permeability and waterproofness can be simultaneously compatible. |
