PURPOSE:To measure resin pressure in an injection process accurately by movably installing a torque receiving plate to a tie rod mounted in the direction of an injection axis, fixing a ball nut to the plate and a load cell to a pusher plate and fastening the torque receiving plate to the load cell. CONSTITUTION:An annular load cell 2 is fixed on the rear side of a pusher plate 1 by bolts 14. A ball nut 4 is fastened to a torque receiving plate 18 by bolts 17 arranged to the flange 16 of the ball nut 4. The torque receiving plate 18 is inserted movably to a tie rod 8 in the same manner as the pusher plate 1. The plate is fixed to the load cell 2 by a bolt 19. Since the load cell 2 and the ball nut 4 are not connected directly and are connected through the torque receiving plate 18, the torque of the ball nut 4 is received by the torque receiving plate 18, and the load cell 2 is not subject to any action, and does not receive pilot pressure, thus accurately measuring resin pressure. |
