PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for processing graphic data with which a user can easily change the display form of a stereoscopic model. SOLUTION: The coordinate system of virtual three-dimensional space is displayed on a screen while using three-dimensional coordinate axes and when any one of these three-dimensional coordinate axes is designated while using a cursor, the coordinate system corresponding to that designated three- dimensional coordinate axis is moved on the screen corresponding to the move of cursor. Besides, when any one of these three-dimensional coordinate axes is instructed while using the cursor, the instructed coordinate axis is set as a rotation axis (S13) and when any coordinate axis excepting for that set rotation axis and its moving direction are instructed while using the cursor, a graphic is rotated by deciding the direction of rotation with the rotation axis as a center corresponding to that instruction (S19).
