PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate possibilities that an axle lock means interferes with a suspension structural part, by providing a shaft part through a differential carrier for a differential gear, and supporting it by the differential carrier. SOLUTION: A lever part 28 is oscillated in the reverse direction by the action of an actuator, a shaft part 30 is reversely turned according to the oscillating operation to the reverse direction of the lever part 28, a fork 36 is moved by the turning operation in the revere direction of the shaft part 30, the connecting state of a differential case outer to a differential case inner is shut off by a sleeve, and transmission of driving force from a differential case to an axle is shut off. Therefore, the shaft part 30 perforating through a differential carrier 10 of the differential gear can be supported by the differential carrier 10, and an axle lock means 26 can be arranged on the differential carrier 10 side.
