PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize fast and high-quality recording by making excessive temperature rise possible through heat accumulation of a recording head in an ink jet recorder by a simple composition. SOLUTION: Of pulse width P2 applied to a heating element to discharge ink by the pressure of bubbles generated in the ink, heat energy inputted by pulse widths 2b, 2b' after point B where ink makes a phase transition from liquid to gas becomes a cause of heat accumulation as it is. Therefore, the pulse widths 2b, 2b' are controlled depending on temperature detected in a recording head. |
