PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain manufacture of metallic carrier using drawing and brazing in combination. SOLUTION: A brazing filer metal on a part to be drawn is applied, and brazing are used in combination, when a metallic honeycomb-body H and a metallic casing C are integrated into one body by making a diameter smaller using a press machine consisting of a block X for positioning locating a metallic honeycomb H provided within a lower die P2 of a press machine P within a metallic casing C, and a drawing tool Z provided at a peripheral part of the metallic casing for drawing the metallic casing coacting with a die Y provided to an upper die P1 of the press machine radially from the peripheral part of the metallic casing at an intermediate part of axial direction of the metallic casing.
