PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously assist operable automobile door lock which can be assembled in a vehicle relating to assembly of a necessary door tilt part in any case, by eliminating a loss related to effectiveness, simultaneously with forming the door lock by saving a space or making it mountable with the vehicle, in the case of reducing a cost of manufacture and a cost of assembly. SOLUTION: One of a brake lock device is a part connected to a door pillar, the other is a part connected to a door, the brake lock device can be locked/ unlocked by electric motor drive part. By an actual opening position and turning direction of the door, this time turning speed and data such as door weight, vehicle tilt attitude, door opening/closing internal resistance, etc., important for evaluating a motion characteristic of the door, further as circumstances require, in accordance with applying force to the door, the drive part can be driven in a direction applying or loosening a brake, the lock device is united by a structure with one of two door hinges 1, 2 in a door opening/closing part of a vehicle. |
