PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a pocket coil spring by intermittently carrying the inner diameter parts of coil springs while successively receiving and holding them by plural coil spring supporting bars, quenching the coil springs by performing electrification in the middle and then cooling them by blowing air. SOLUTION: This pocket coil spring manufacture device 1 is provided with a coil spring manufacture mechanism 2 for shaping and working the coil spring 15 from a wire and quenches and cools the coil springs 15 while successively receiving and supporting the inner diameter parts of the coil springs 15 supplied from the mechanism 2 by the plural coil spring supporting bars 20 of a quenching/cooling carriage mechanism 3 and intermittently carrying them to a compression and insertion mechanism 6. Also, the compression and insertion mechanism 6 for compressing the coil springs 15 fed from the quenching and cooling carriage mechanism 3 and inserting them between nonwoven fabric folded in two is provided. The nonwoven fabric supplied by a nonwoven fabric supply mechanism 7 and folded in two is intermittently sent by a nonwoven fabric sending mechanism 8 and seal-welded by a welding mechanism 9. |
