PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation of a top panel of a synthetic resin-made outdoor unit of an air conditioner by packing the outdoor unit after an upper cushioning material is put on the top panel of the outdoor unit so that the upper cushioning material comes in contact with only the curved face of the upper corner of the outdoor unit. SOLUTION: A packaging material to cover the upper part of a synthetic resin-made outdoor unit main body 3 includes a top board that is made of a corrugated board and has a box-like shape, and a pair of U-shaped upper cushioning member 4 that are arranged on right and left sides of the inside of the top board, have recessed notched parts 7 inside and come in contact with only the curved face of the upper corner of an outdoor unit main body 3. Thereby, the top panel of the outdoor unit main body 3 is prevented from being deformed. |
