PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heparin composite of which heparin has a stable ionic bond and controls the elution of cationic materials, while inhibiting lowering of heparin's anticoagulant activity, and a medical apparatus coated therewith. SOLUTION: This heparin composite at least insol. in blood comprises heparin and the ammonium salt shown in the formula, where R<1> and R<2> are each an alkyl or alkenyl group, when both have a same structure, they are each a 12-24C alkyl or alkenyl group, and when both are different, one of them is not less than 10C alkyl or alkenyl group and the total number of C in both R<1> and R<2> is 26-38. Medical apparatus having the heparin composite on its surface is also provided. |
