A power seat adjuster includes a drive link (84) fixed to a torsion tube (42) rotatably supported between the upper tracks of a pair of track assemblies. One end (88) of the drive link (84) is pivotally connected to a first leg (82) depending from an upper seat support frame member (80). First (94) and second flanges (96) respectively formed on the first end (88) of the drive link (84) and the first leg (82) lie in an intersecting path for engagement upon rotation of the first end (88) of the drive link (84) beyond a normal end travel position to resist continued rotation of the first end (88) of the drive link (84) and the upper seat support frame (80). Similar cooperating flanges are formed on a slave drive link (102) and on the lost motion strut (156) of a rear elevating mechanism.
|
