<p>The procedure involves changing the frequency of a frame by interpolation and motion compensation. When the motion vector associated with a pixel for interpolation is not null or when this vector is null but the reliability of this vector is less than a given threshold, interpolation is performed. The reliability of the vector is a linear function of the error generated by this vector. The interpolation of a pixel (x,y) of a time frame situated between two input frames is achieved by median filtering, with values obtained by first and second linear time motion compensation filters.</p> |
