<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the backflow of a deaerated gas and to increase the recovery rate of the deaerated gas by supplying air, etc., to the boundary between a pulverizer and a screw feeder, etc., and further providing the feed port on the pulverizer side of the tip of a feed means. SOLUTION: A circulating pipeline 14 is branched from an exhaust pipe line 12, and a circulating gas is injected from a circulating gas feed port 16 having a communicating hole inclined to a pulverizer 3 into the boundary between the pulverizer and a screw feeder 4 on the circumference of the cross section of a casing 6. The foamed insulating material is deaerated when crushed, a part of the deaerated foaming agent is leaked as the backflow gas 10 due to the internal pressure and impulse wave, however the backflow toward the feed part and the leakage to the outside of the system are prevented by the injection, and the recovery rate is not lowered.</p> |
