PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drawdown of an interior base material made of a PP base material at the time of heating and to prevent that a strike sound having a high resonance point and high in level when a nonwoven fabric for preventing drawdown at the time of heating impinges against the body of a vehicle such as the roof panel. SOLUTION: A spun bond needle punching nonwoven fabric 15 is extruded to the rear surface of a foamed polypropylene base material 12 to be laminated thereto. The fibers of the spun bond needle punching nonwoven fabric 15 are allowed to protrude by heating the foamed polypropylene base material 12 to molding temp. to lower the resonance point and level of a strike sound generated when the rear surface of the foamed polypropylene base material impinges against the body of a vehicle.
