摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EPROM module which operates at a low voltage and low power consumption by suspending the control circuit if the precharge voltage exceeds the threshold of the output detection circuit. SOLUTION: When the sense amplifier control signal Vcnt becomes low, the output node C of the XM 7 of the precharge control circuit also drops and the MP3 becomes conductive so that the power source potential is impressed on the bit line A through a MND1. When this voltage exceeds the threshold of the inverter of the output detection circuit, the node B becomes low and the output of the XM6 reverses to make the node C high so that the MP 3 becomes non-conductive to suspend the precharge control circuit. Here, the memory MOS of high threshold, 0, is non-conductive and the MP 2 of the current bias circuit becomes conductive to read the information of the node B of the output detection circuit out. The memory MOS of low threshold, 1, is conductive and the NMOS inside the output detection circuit becomes non- conductive to read the information out. In this case, the raising voltage is a constant, low voltage, keeping a constant voltage even when the entire voltage source fluctuates.</p>
