PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording paper with a strong surface of excellent print absorbability and bright coloring properties in which both of the paper itself and an image are waterproof and of excellent resistant to tearing. SOLUTION: In a recording paper with an image recording acceptive layer formed on the surface of a substrate, the substrate is of a laminated structure in which an adhesive is applied on one face or both faces of a woven fabric of basis weight of 50-200gm<2> by the plain weave method of making wefts of 40-150 denier cross warps of 40-150 denier alternately at the ratio of 50-140 yarns per 2.54cm and a waterproof printed resin film having the Clark stiffness (Value S) of 8-300 in the vertical direction and 8-300 in the horizontal direction and wall thickness of 20-300μm is laminated on the substrate. An image recording acceptive layer is formed on the face side of an oriented resin film layer on the substrate. |
