A method of manufacturing a gasket for a speaker in which the loss of material for a gasket is reduced and the manufacturing process is simplified. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of rolling a paper so as to have a predetermined diameter and coating a resin solution to the paper, cutting the paper into a predetermined thickness and thus forming a gasket, molding the gasket into an elliptical shape by suing a molding device, and drying the gasket.
