In the torque converter which is composed of the pump impeller(4) which rotates with the front cover(1) fixed on the crank axis, the turbine(7) that is opposed to the pump impeller, combined with the input axis by spline, and the stator(8) that changes the flow of oil, in order to reduce the amount of oil filled in the space part(12) formed between the pump impeller(4) and a turbine(7), and also above the stator(8), the plastic vacuum tube(20) containing a certain volume is arranged on the outer periphery.
