PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the delicate control of the impurity concentration of a fine crystal part by equipping a solar battery with a fine crystal part which prescribes uneven face on a substrate, a base layer which is made along the uneven face on the board, covering the crystal part, and an emitter layer which covers the base layer, and constituting pn junction of the base layer and the emitter layer. SOLUTION: A base layer 13 is stacked to cover the top layer 11B of a board 11, on the fine crystal part 12 which prescribes uneven face. The base layer 13 is made in stratified form along the uneven face prescribed by the fine crystal part 12. Moreover, an emitter layer 14 is made to stop the uneven face, on the base layer 13. Mutually indented corrugated pn junction is made of the emitter layer 14 and the base layer 13. The fine crystal part 12 which prescribes the uneven face on the substrate is used as, so to speak, the foundation of uneven face constitution without being constituted directly on the pn junction face, and the delicate control of the concentration of the impurities of the fine crystal part can be dispensed with without such influence on electric property as that in the case of forming pn junction directly on the fine crystal part. |
