摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of a separation eddy and form a flow more approximate to the natural wind by using diaphragms having the prescribed relation (d/ln>1) regarding a ratio of breadth d to intervals ln of the diaphragms. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 3 is formed out of a rectangular plate material having breadth (d) larger than a gap (l) between rotary shafts 11 laid in a wind tunnel measuring part 1 along the breadthwise direction thereof, and oscillates right and left at an angleθ, due to the shafts 11 operated with a pulse motor, thereby generating the fluctuation of a wind direction. As a result, a flow passage 4 is formed between the diaphragms 3 and 3. Also, air flows entering space between the diaphragms 3 can be deflected in the same direction as the rotation angleθof the diaphragm 3 by lengthening the flow passage 4 formed between adjacent diaphragms 3, provided that a relationship of (d)/(l)>1 is met. According to this construction, flows moving along the diaphragm 3 take the same direction on both sides even at the upstream end 7 and the downstream end 6 thereof. As a result, the occurrence of a separation eddy is prevented, or an eddy current, if any, is kept at a small level.
