FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant selection. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring length of outer stem of cabbage head at maturity stage; determining ratio of cabbage head height and diameter (shape index) and angle of divergence of cabbage rosette leaves from stem; selecting plants by maximum values of stem length, cabbage head height-diameter ratio and minimum rosette leaves angle of divergence from stem. EFFECT: increased efficiency in selecting bacteriosis resistant plants by using plant structure factors defining passive immunity. |
