PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a person dedicated to printer operation and to improve the operation efficiency of business processing by automatically determining an optimum printer when the business processing is requested by a terminal, and enabling corresponding document output. SOLUTION: Physical output queues 8 which are made to correspond to printers 9 and 10 one to one so as to monitor the operation states of the printers 9 and 10 and a control record 11 as a physical output queue for managing them are applied. Further, logical output queues 5 for storing the output document determined by a document ID and the address of a document output requesting terminal and a control record 6 as a logical output queue for counting pages registered in the logical queues 5 by documents are applied so as to output a target document to an optimum printer. And, an abstractive queue where the editing systems of documents and the kinds of output printers are defined and a printer list 4 wherein printer groups as output objects and their priority are defined are also applied so as to place them in effective operation. |
