发明名称 LAMINATED CORE AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated core by welding a laminate of thin plate core pieces having specified shape with laser beam in which separation of core block and welding of core pieces contiguous thereto can be carried out surely without interrupting irradiation of laser beam, increasing the facility cost or lowering the strength of die. SOLUTION: A core piece 4 in the uppermost layer of a single core block 8 is welded to a core piece 4 in the lowermost layer of a next core block 8 such that the welding is interrupted at a notch 9 provided for one half welding part of core piece 4 in the uppermost layer and a notch 10 provided for the remaining one half welding part of core piece 4 in the lowermost layer. In place of the notches 9, 10, recesses may be provided entirely in the surface part at the welding part of core piece 4 in the uppermost layer and entirely in the rear surface part at the welding part of core piece 4 in the lowermost layer.
