PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase gaining of current and voltage in an integrated solar battery formed on a substrate. SOLUTION: A plurality of photovoltaic unit layers 3 and 5 of optical forbidden band width different from each other containing at least a single p-i-n or p-n joining are formed while overlapped under the condition that they are connected to a substrate 1 in parallel, and, the optical forbidden band width of the photovoltaic unit layers 3 and 5 positioned on the incident side of the light is widest, and output voltage of each photovoltaic unit layers 3 and 5 is almost equal to each other, and the photovoltaic unit layers 3 and 5 are electrically connected in series in the direction of the surface of the substrate 1. |
