摘要 FIELD: methods of production of fire-extinguishing powder compositions; applicable in different industries for extinguishing of fires of solid, liquid and gaseous carbon- containing materials and electrical equipment with voltage up to 1000 V. SUBSTANCE: as distinct from the known method of production of fire-extinguishing powders, according to the offered method, salt solution prior to introduction of sodium organylsiliconate is neutralized to pH 4.5-5.0, and drying is carried out in flow of air-gas mixture containing carbon dioxide at temperature of 100-150 C. Obtained product is subjected to heat treatment in medium of carbon dioxide. The product is fractionated into two fractions, the first fraction sizing from 0.1 to 100 mcm, and the second fraction, from 120 to 2000 mcm. The second fraction is ground to particle size from 0.1 to 5 mcm, and mixed with the first fraction, with the following quantities of components, mas.%: the first fraction with particles sizing from 0.1 to 120 mcm 60-70; the second fraction with particles sizing from 0.1 to 5 mcm 30-40; after that, aerosil and phlogorite is added with the following quantities of components, mas.%: powder composition based on monoammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate 94-98.4; aerosil 0.4-1.5; phlogorite mica 1.2-4.5. EFFECT: provision of production of highly efficient fire-extinguishing powder possessing high fire-extinguishing capacity, large distance of throw out of fire extinguishers and high fluidity, to be superior to the prototype.
