PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the excessive time and labor that are needed for a system test and also to easily and surely carry out the periodical operations. SOLUTION: A personal computer 7 is used as an external device (continuous operation device), and the operation information on a pointing device 5 is also sent to the computer 7. When the computer 7 is set in an input mode, the computer 7 stores the received operation information into a memory 7-3 as the operation history information based on an operation history storage program 7-1. In an output mode, the computer 7 reads the operation history information out of the memory 7-3 based on an operation history read/operation reproduction program 7-2 and sends the history information to a computer main body 1. The main body 1 reproduces the operation of a monitoring and control program 1-1 based on the operation history information received from the computer 7.
