THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a resin composition consisting of either a polyphenylene ether resin or a polyphenylene ether resin and a polystyrene resin, (B) 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a terpene resin, (C) 1 to 15 parts by weight of styrene elastomer, and (D) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 50,000. The thermoplastic resin composition suffers neither delamination nor a decrease in adhesion to urethane foams and is excellent in chemical resistance and impact resistance.
