PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform oxidation treatment without discharging combustible gas to the outside by providing an oxidation treatment part oxidizing combustible gas generated from a waste plastic to discharge the same to a discharge passage. SOLUTION: When foamed polystyrene is softened, butane gas separated from foamed polystyrene and styrene monomer gas are generated as combustible gases. Then, a part of circulating hot air is branched to a discharge passage 12 and combustible gases are oxidized and deodorized in an oxidation treatment part 14 to be discharged out of the system. Exhaust gas containing the combustible gases is heated to about 400-500 deg.C by the exhaust gas heating part 16 provided to the oxidation treatment part 14 and passed through a combustion catalyst 15 to be burnt and oxidized and purified gas is discharged from an oxidized gas discharged part 20.
