PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely spread open the filter of coffee or the like formed by flattened annular band paper to be mounted on a cup by a simple structure and to promptly filter the coffee or the like. SOLUTION: This filter is constituted so as to flatten the annular band paper 3, attached spreading pieces 3b bendable to an inner side over both side pieces 3a with bending lines S1 as boundaries on both bent side edges, insert a bag body composed of filter paper between both side pieces 3a and stick it. In this case, the spreading pieces 3b are positioned at about the center of the bending lines of both side pieces 3a, notches 3c from both side bending lines S1 to the inner side of the annular band paper 3 are formed in a pair up and down on both sides, depth part bending lines S2 are formed parallelly to both side bending lines S1 between the pair of up and down notches 3e and 3d and the depth part inner side ends of the up and down notches 3c are continued for the depth part bending lines S2 . Further, for the spreading pieces 3b, the head part of a wide width is formed on the outer side of the neck part 3d of a narrow width. |
