PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cereal flour-processed food product which has the core layer containing a liquid substance, the intermediate coated layer of a substance impermeable to the liquid substance and the external layer of the paste of cereal flour where the impermeability of the coated layer is sustained at both the frozen temperature and elevated one, thus excellent in texture and useful in bread or bun. SOLUTION: This food product has (A) the core layer containing a liquid substance such as soup, (B) the intermediate coated layer which is impermeable to the liquid substance and composed of a mixture of starch, protein and fat, and (C) the outer layer of cereal flour mainly containing wheat flour. The core layer preferably contains gelatin or agar. |
