<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the electric power consumption of a clock buffer circuit which outputs a clock signal with a semiconductor device having plural circuits operating synchronously in accordance with the input of the clock signal. SOLUTION: The plural internal circuits 14 operate synchronously in accordance with the clock signal CLK outputted from the clock buffer circuit 11. The clock signal CLK is outputted to the internal circuits 14 via transfer gates 13 from the clock buffer circuit 11. These transfer gates 13 are opened and closed by activating signals ACTV which activate the internal circuits 14.</p> |
