<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately detect interference between objects. SOLUTION: In the case of simulating interference between objects relatively moving, a discrimination data, whether interference of the object is normal or abnormal in the case of machining action, is given, the interference, when it is abnormal, is displayed. In a step ST4-1, tool information is fetched, in a step ST4-2, machining cycle information is fetched. The tool information, in addition to three-dimensional shape of a tool, is given an attribute data in each part region of edge tool, quill and holder. Consequently, in the case that a region except an edge tool is overlapped with a workpiece object, this overlapping can be detected as abnormal interference (step ST4-3). Since a cuttable direction is also given, in the case of overlapping with the workpiece object in a direction except the cuttable direction, performing of abnormal machining is judged (step ST4-6).</p> |
