N-(ALKYLPOLYOXYETHYLENEOXICARBONYL) METHYL-N,N-DIMETHYL-N- ALKYL AMMONIUM SALT AND THE PREPARATION THEREOF

N-(alkylpolyoxyethyleneoxycarbonyl)methyl-N,N-dimetyl-N-alkylammonium salt of general formula(I) is prepared by reacting halogenated ester of unsaturated aliphatic polyethoxylate of general formula(II) with tertiary amine of aliphatic family indicated as general formula(III) at 1:1 mole ratio. Also the production is done at 80-100 deg. C for 5-7 hours. In the general formula(I), (II) and (III), R is alkyl group of C12-C22 with the unsaturated group, R1 is alkyl group of C12-C20, n is the integer ranged from 1 to 8 and X is halogen atom.
