PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind different coils in different directions on a workpiece by using a guide unit that lead wire through a nozzle unit, wraps it on tabs of the workpiece and moves it three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: A first coil winder 300 comprises a nozzle unit 201 for feeding wire W to a workpiece K from a wire supply, an upper guide unit 301 and a lower guide unit 302, which move with the nozzle unit. All the units work together to wrap the wire on tabs 21c and 21x and move it three-dimensionally to wind a first coil (deflection coil). A second coil winder 400 moves the nozzle unit 201 in both directions parallel and perpendicular to the axis CK of the workpiece K to wind a second coil (shield coil for leakage flux VLF) on the workpiece K. |
