FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: molecular pump has housing, at least one dismounted inside the housing for permitting rotation about its axis with the use of a drive, bearing mounted on the shaft along the axis of the disk, inlet passageway made in housing for supplying fluid from the cylindric of the disk, outlet passageway made in the housing along the axis of the disk. At least one flat side of the disk and/or inner side of the housing is provided with spiral grooves. In the cross-section of the disk each of the grooves is a converging piece of a spiral. The contraction is arranged close to the axis of the disk were as diffuser is far from the axis of the disk. The spiral grooves are arranged on the disk or/and in the housing between the inlet passageway and outlet passageway. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg |
