PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the end lock. SOLUTION: A stopper lever 118 is provided to prevent the relative rotation of a lock ring 36 relative to a winding shaft when the total amount of webbing is wound. A locking claw 132 of the stopper lever 118 is restricted by an engagement wall 78 formed on a cam plate 70 and kept in the non-separable manner. A stopper gear 130 of the stopper lever 118 can be prevented from being separated from a gear part 42 of the lock ring 36 and a large gear 64. Thus, the end lock can surely be prevented. |
