PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a disturbed image of electrophoresis and improve a drop in separation of nucleic acid by adding a dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) to a sample solution when the sample solution containing a dithiosleitol(DTT) is subjected to electrophoresis. SOLUTION: When a sample for electrophoresis is subjected to preparation, its reaction using a DTT can be obtained by adding a reaction solution with a DMSO in advance. In this case, when the concentration of DTT is around 3 to 6mM, the adding amount of DMSO is 2 to 10vol.% in a reaction solution. However, in the case where the reaction is blocked by addition of DMSO, a DMSO is added to the sample for electrophoresis before performing electrophoresis. The condition for electrophoresis is especially limited except a case where the image of electrophoresis is hardly disturbed even when the operation is performed with the aid of DTT. In the case of electrophoresis using polyacryl amide gel with high separation performance or using hydrolink gel, the improved effect can be obtained. |
