<p>An apovincaminic acid derivative represented by general formula (I) or an acid-addition salt thereof and a medicine containing the same (wherein R1 represents lower alkyl; and R2 represents aryl optionally substituted by 1 to 5 substituents selected from among halogeno, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, acylamino and nitro, benzyl, quinolyl or thienyl), having excellent vasodilator and platelet aggregation inhibitory effects, and being usable in treating cerebrovascular disorders, thrombus formation/embolization and chronic arterial obliteration and ameliorating blood flow disorders.</p> |
