DIAGONOSTIC APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD FOR CURING OVEN WITH WIND BOX TO BAKE METAL

An apparatus and method for testing burning state in a sintered layer which test a sintered state by using a temperature distribution of an exhaust gas according to a location of a sintering machine in a wind box are disclosed. In the apparatus, a sintering machine(10) includes a plurality of wind boxes(14) each having a thermocouple(15) mounted at a lower end thereof and a plurality of split doors(11a) formed in a direction of a width thereof. A temperature distribution of an exhaust gas of sintering machine(10) after a location that the temperature distribution of an exhaust gas measured by themocouple(15) ascends is regarded as a cubic curve. 1-3 wind boxes are disposed at before and behind a location that a temperature of the exhaust gas ascends. 1-3 wind boxes are disposed before and behind a location in which there is a tendency of a temperature pattern to change. 3-5 wind boxes are disposed before and behind a location that a temperature reaches a highest point. A plurality of thermocouples(15) are mounted at the wind boxes.
