Device for lifting, lowering and levelling out booms of open-pit mining

The boom (4) is propped in three points against a solid gantry. The boom is swivelable about a horizontal axis (8) for the lift movement as well as about another swivel axis (9) transverse to the travel direction. These movements are independent from each other and run without opposite influences. In each of the two swivel axes (8,9), there is a linear actuating cylinder (7,14). One swivel pivot in the swivel axis (8) is formed of a bolt (11). The linear actuating cylinder (7) is located between the gantry and the boom. A bolt (13) is located as a connection between the tilting girder (10) and the swivel axis (9) for the horizontal movement. The linear actuating cylinder (14) for the levelling out and a side-force support are provided as second connection of the boom with the tilt girder in the swivel axis (8).
