PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the precipitation of suspended matter mixed in liquid in a tank. SOLUTION: An agitating plate 6 is supported movably in the direction as shown by the arrow A and in the direction opposite to the one as shown by the arrow A and oscillatably in the vertical plane parallel to the direction as shown by the arrow A with a supporting means 16. When the agitating plate 6 is moved in the direction as shown by the arrow A with a driving means consisting of a motor 12, wires 14A, 14B, with an oscillating member 32 and a stopper constituting a position changing means 17, the agitating plate 6 is positioned on a bottom wall 4E and also the upper end of the agitating plate 6 is positioned in front of the lower end thereof in the moving direction, and a first state in which an angle between the agitating plate 6 and the vertical line is an acute one is formed. Therefore, mud that will precipitate to the bottom of an adjusting tank 4 is agitated by a manner of scraping up to prevent the precipitation of the mud. |
