PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a pseudo core around which a label is wound so that the structure is simplified by winding the label around one of molding dies and transferring this label to the molding face of the other under the injection pressure of a molten resin. SOLUTION: A label 20 is wound around the molding face 5 of a core 3 in such a state that the label 20 is developed in a sheet form. A molten resin is injected into a cavity under a specified resin pressure from the gate 12 of a fixed molding die in such a state that the molding die is clamped. When injecting this resin, the gate 12 is provided in a protruded molding part 11. As the protruded molding part 11 is encircled by the label 20, the molten resin flowing out of the gate 12 presses the label 20 from inside. Consequently, the label 20 is separated from the core 3 by the injection pressure of the molten resin, and is transferred to the molding face 10 of the fixed molding die 2. |
