PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost with a simple structure, and relieve the sudden build-up of a compression load in the connection of a clutch and the compression of a liquid coolant. SOLUTION: Both front and rear discharge chambers 30, 31 are allowed to communicate each other by a communicating passage 32. A cylinder block 11 and a rear housing 14 support a spool 38 in such a manner as to be movable. A movable discharge valve 44 is fixed to the spool 38 in such a manner that the discharge valve can contact and separate from a rear discharge port 43. The spool 38 is energized by a spring 48 to arrange the movable discharge valve 44 in a non-working position separated from the discharge port 43. The discharge pressure of the rear discharge chamber 31 acts on the back surface of the spool 38 through a pressure inlet passage 49 within the rear housing 13, whereby the spool 38 is moved against the spring 48 to arrange the movable discharge valve in a working position connected to the discharge port 43.
