MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a space and a void to be progressively minimized when these are generated in a panel by setting a stock solution temperature to a specified value at the time of the foaming of a mixed composition. SOLUTION: A polyol stock solution stored in a first tank 6 and a polyisocyanate stock solution 5 stored in a second tank are blended, then this blend is adjusted to a specified pressure by a high/low pressure switching unit 13, and is stirred and mixed to a specified percentage by a mixing head 14 after being supplied to the mixing head 14. This mixed composition is injected into a space between a pair of surface plates and foamed, and is cured and molded into a heat insulating material. The temperatures of the stock solution when the mixed composition is foamed are set to 30-35 deg.C. This polyol stock contains C2 H3 FCl2 (CCl2 F-CH3 ) fluorocarbon as a foaming agent.
